Cancellation policy
Cancellations or free changes to bookings are possible up to 16 days before lessons or the first lesson in case of package orders and must be confirmed by the ski school. In serious cases of injury (or illness) the entire amount will be reimbursed (mandatory Swiss medical certificate). Course cancellations due to weather conditions (force majeure) will not be refunded. Private courses take place in any weather. The course ticket is not transferable! Unused course days are lost!
Sports course bookings (skiing, snowboarding, tennis, cross-country skiing, etc.)
The cost of the sports courses, if not explicitly stated, does not include either the material necessary for the activity or the use of the ski lifts. The ski school does not compensate for lessons canceled due to faults in the ski lifts. Please inform us in advance of any requests or concerns regarding dietary habits, medical prophylaxis, etc. so that the snow sports instructor can take the necessary measures. Please direct any complaints regarding ski and snowboard lessons directly to the ski school management. If a group is reduced to fewer than 4 participants, we reserve the right to merge groups or reduce the number of lessons. Thanks to the flexible organization, it is possible to change multiple teachers.
Injuries
We assume no responsibility for accidents that occur during or before sport lessons. Accident and civil liability insurance is the responsibility of course participants.
